Q1. When is your roasting day ?

We currently roasted our coffee on Monday and Thursday.

 

Q2. How we manage your order and roasting time after the order?

A2.

We currently roasted our coffee on Monday and Thursday.

For all the order been made on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday we will schedule the roasting on Thursday. The delivery will be on the next working day, Friday. 

For all the order been made on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday we will schedule the roasting on Monday. The delivery will be on the next working day.

Please note: The delivery time might further extend due to any unforeseen circumstances.  

  

Q3. How do I change my grind setting?

A3.

If you've bought a new grinder or trying out a new brew method, we love to hear about it! 

To change your grind setting, please refer to the below chart where you'll see options for brew method and grind. Here you can select whole bean or ground and your brew method of choice. If you select ground, we'll grind it to perfectly match your brew method. Please provide us your order number and date for our reference and drop us an email on the profile coffee grind you requested.
